How to cook Kishik
- Half a bag of kishik powder approx 250g
- ½ kg of fine mince (beef/lamb)
- 2 cups of water (may need more)
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil
- In a saucepan on a medium heat, cook your mince meat and add the onion and garlic. Begin to add your kishik powder and water, stirring consistently and adding bit by bit until fully combined and has begun to thicken.
- Serve with salt to taste and a drizzle of olive oil.
